Brand Coaching

Brand Coaching is a unique hybrid of Brand Development and Executive Coaching that leverages coaching skills to solve branding issues and applies branding principles to executive coaching. 

                 Brand Coaching = Brand Development + Executive Coaching

Why Brand Coaching? Because branding and coaching are inextricably linked. Most brand builders don’t know how to activate people (i.e., stakeholders) – yet internal engagement of people is imperative to create a powerful brand and deliver results. Similarly, most executive coaches don’t know how to build a brand – yet people, themselves, are brands.

Through Brand Coaching, I combine these two powerful disciplines to help activate untapped potential in brands and people.

For Brands
Brand Coaching for Brands includes all the services associated with brand strategy – from Platforms to Positioning to Architecture – with the added distinction of using my coaching skills to align internal stakeholders to activate the strategy. Like people, sometimes brands get stuck and they can’t see beyond where they are. Organizational challenges, conflicting priorities and team dynamics can get in the way of delivering results. Getting a brand “unstuck”, however, requires more than a smart strategy and strong creative. Stakeholders must be aligned to activate a brand from the inside.

For Executives
Brand Coaching for Executives is executive coaching with a branding lens. People are brands, too. What you say and do and how you say and do it creates a perception with others. Others’ perception of you is your personal brand and it impacts your successes, opportunities and challenges at work and in life.

Behavior is driven by inner habits of attention and response (i.e., personality). By understanding a client’s personality and the gifts and obstacles that go along with it, I help executives widen the lens of their own perceptions, transcend limiting beliefs and develop new ways of engaging in their careers and lives.  The result is a new personal brand activated toward achieving their goals.

For Teams

Brand Coaching for Teams is executive coaching for your team in a group setting. Even the best of teams can get lost or feel stuck. Or, new teams may want to jumpstart a positive working dynamic. As a team, we will explore personality types using the Enneagram as well as team perceptions, attitudes, expectations and pain points. As individuals, you will explore your personality type and the gifts and challenges you are contributing to the current team dynamic. Together, we will co-create a plan to activate authentic team cohesion and a positive team dynamic.
